I'm busy. How much time will this program require each week?

I’ve got you. Plan for at least 60 minutes each week- that’s the weekly live coaching session. You can listen to this live, ask for coaching, or grad the replay on your schedule. Want to really dive in? Plan for 2-3 hours per week. This allows more time with the material including lessons and worksheets. Ultimately this work will save you time because you’ll spend less time procrastinating, in indecision, or spiralling.

I have a unique brain (e.g., ADHD).  Will this course work for me?

Absolutely! This work is all about you getting to know YOUR brain. It’s not about a specific system you need to implement but setting the conditions for your brain to thrive. Our approach is tailored to accommodate various brain types and experiences. We understand and celebrate neurodiversity, and our techniques are effective for a wide range of brain styles.  The course is designed with your busy schedule in mind. You can expect to invest around 2-3 hours per week to fully engage with the modules and participate in coaching sessions.

I'm worried about procrastinating.  How can I stay on track with the program?

The course is structure to provide accountability and support. From weekly coaching to a vibrant community, you'll have the resources to overcome procrastination and stay on course. This is also where coaching accountability come in- you raise you hand and say, help! I’m procrastinating and support arrives.

My life feels chaotic, and I don't know where to start.  Can this course help me?

Absolutely. We start small in the Collective- simple and doable is the name of the game when making changes that last. Think of these small changes as planting seeds of calm that you can start to harvest as the rest of the garden grows.

I struggle to listen to my emotions.  Can this course help me become more attuned to them?

Yes, indeed.  The course places a strong emphasis on emotional awareness and processing.  You'll learn to listen to your emotions and respond to them in a healthier, more productive manner.
